Great to be reunited with Gina Jones before the Pure West Radio Breakfast Show starts back on Monday morning.
We were at the Hamdden Sir Benfro / Pembrokeshire Leisure extravaganza to help kick start our fitness goals for 2024.
We talked with the Pembs Leisure team, frequent members and those who were giving it a go for the first time.
We even gave Body Attack a go too!
I then went straight over to Ocky White Travel where we met the team and announced the prize of a lifetime, available soon… a cruise!
What a way to get back into radio after the Christmas break.
